Oxford! takes me back a long way,,,, in the days of my broken English----
I hope you had a good time with your daughter. I am still in Christchurch,  at Hal's house, leaving  tomorrow early in the morning, on my way to Dunedin. Will have more time to get to an internet place i hope. Will be in touch soon.

Tony
Sounds loike a magical place to receive an education.  I remember dropping my daughter off at a dorm (work related - not school) and how my heart sank at the bareness of the room itself though the experience was rich and fulfilling for her.  Thank you for another glimpse into your life .

Thanks Moon and Najwa - I appreciate your comments!!
It was quite a transitional day because it's the first time I've gone there since she went to university - it also took me back to my early months of student life.

These are the moments that are 'real'. Not the grandiose, not the 'magnificent'. These are the moments where love and joy abide. And there is nothing greater than love. (imho) MoonSpirit
