well I am still on the old computer and its working great but the new one is here I just didnt get it installed yet

I try to figure it out myself...if I can't then I have to phone for help

but, like you, I find it hard to understand aswell.

well I have a warranty on it until 2/09 and they will take care of it for me, but sometimes talking to them is impossiblebut this guy was great

I have never faced such situation as yet but for minor problems I have

my computer engineeer to handle the maintanace on yearly contract . Good post.
