Listen Up would work but quiet up is a little iffy. My mother would have washed our mouth out if she heard us say something like shut up. It was considered a bad word!

I am so glad I have worked my down the page to your blog and
found such a precious picture under "Shut Up"! What a vision, I now possess to go along with the vision of your smile! One mouth, two ears and a nose in between, I bet that is for smelling our nasty words, we shoot through our mouths at times! Great number three and I look forward to rule four!
