Hi Tony !
Yes I did post late on, trying to get the poem as spot on as I could, because this particular cause bites deep within me, though...Yes the football, DRAMA tons of it, some refereing decisions in Arsenals favour as usual. . .Lucky Arsenal, but know. . .  I could not believe they would go back to Anfield and dominate like they did, after the result Saturday, I watched the game down my local the Black Bull Clacton, mostly Ipswich and Colchester united supporters, If it wasn't for Gerrard would have been a lot worse for Liverpool, some great passing and ball play by this new looking Arsenal team, well forwards anyway. . After reading your excellent Sonnet Tony I couldn't help wonder if you had sneaked off to the game knowing you have a love for football. Still would of have too have paid an arm and a leg for a ticket from the touts I guess. Good luck!!!n

Fantastic in every respect, Mike.
Wonder how |I missed this - oh i remember, my computer connection failed last night about 10.30 I think - I expect you posted this q late. Anyway, what a scoreline indeed. I didn't see it  - was it on Sky? I've put a fair amount on Chelsea to beat Wycombe tomorrow, so if I were you I'd put money on Wycombe, or a draw!

Thank you Troosha
I took myself walking yesterday , and the kango guns and piling could be heard at least two miles away from where the work was being carried out. I understand that there will always be expansion creating work for the area, but also once agreement as been agreed then surely it should not be broken? Thus creating bad feeling and also the chance for others too jump into the ring with there own agenda, using this particular , lets hope ( misconstruction ) for their own cause i.e the anarchists. Whom have been beating their drums for attention. Thanks again Troosha for your encouragement

Hi TAPS!
I believe you mean Dick Wittington the cat whom plays Pantomime TAPS        I only wish this was Pantomime because Oh Yes They Have. . .  Already pinched their mustarsh and near on three square miles of marshland  from the waterfowl and wildlife of the Stour and Orwell estuary. I have heard rumour of battle planed for this coming spring . The lefty brigade have been making plans, which will do more harm then good, seeing Spring is the waterfowl nesting time of yearOh No They Won't . . . Michael

Did the puss wear boots when he made the leap?   You write such interesting stuff and I always learn a bit of information that I didn't know before.
