Star4U, If by NC, you mean North Carolina, you are in a beautiful state.
I had a friend who had a nice vacation home in Flat Rock, NC, and every summer he and his wife invite my family and I to spend a week with them. Sadly, today he has Alzheimers, and they had to sell the home and live only in their home in Florida!
