You need to write a short story on this before Stephen King somehow stumbles upon your blog.  (grin)

Dave, I have lucked out with mine.
I didn't spend much money and it has worked and worked.

Symphony, they can't be any worse than mine
You should have been around when I was doing my serial killer blog.

I'd settle for one that can shred a single piece of paper.

I've bought two in the past five years and they both gave up after a couple of months. I just went back to ripping. Much more fun.

And yes, your past has warped your mind, as does the past of us all, I'd say.

Yeah Whacky, I can just hear the radio transmission now.
"Yes sir.  You have a complaint.  Let me call my manager."  Into radio, "Shredder, you gotta copy?"

LOL!!!!!!!
You were a cop, right? Cops see weird shit. Don't blame yourself for thinking morbid stuff. Chances, are I would have thought the same thing.

Pat, I need to do more dialog in my blogs. I really enjoy it
And I usually get positive feedback on it.

MsVision, I don't know if it's worry so much as just awareness

TV, I think I have seen that scene
Is that when Buscemi gets caught?

Someone with a warped, but functioning, imagination - a writer
would make that connection. And for sure, a cop. To be good at that work, you have to learn to think like the "perps."  Loved the dialog. :)

It's good that you are worried
about having those thoughts. If you didn't worry that could be a bigger problem

No
a wood chipper, but it's the same concept.  There is one scene where you see the foot sticking out of the top.  Gross!
