Thank you so much for enjoying this!  It comes from my personal work with a model of therapy called Internal Family Systems where ones "internal parts" are acknowledged and related to rather than exiled.  My husband uses it- he's a therapist.  It is very self-guided and creative tool toward being in "SELF"- good for us artist types who tend to interact with all those "characters" anyway.

Hey in relation to the title;
too difficult, too easy or too lonely.  That made me consider the reasons people give up on finding themselves, too difficult being the prominent I think....on the other hand for many it is too lonely; turning outward to live in someone else's life rather than creating one of their own.  Highly thought provoking!

On perspective, hope and something greater than ourselves....
This is what Avante calls pithy I think, meaning a whole lot said with very few words?  This is excellent.  I'm going back to read it again!
