Justi, I know, I love these princioles and practice them every day. It so
Happens that I am requesting a transfer for next year, but not due to being dissatisfied. I
want to apply to a large inner-city at-risk population, what I have discovered in the last ten years as an ESL teacher.
My goal in my last ten years as a teacher in Des Moines is to have a major impact on the drop out rate here. My way of giving something back to the community that saved me.

These are good. Fun mixed in there a bit particularly in three and four, but seriously good stuff.
