Indeed it is, Pat B. And our corporations are rife with incompetency
and middle management superfluity. Mediocrity and job justification has become the rule. Productivity and merit have become passe.

My immediate family is bad enough, SW. But the next tier really give me
hell. I'm going into business for myself soon as well. Then I'll have a boss I can deal with...

I've had a couple of doozies for bosses
My current boss is good but I'm still going to take your advice and go into business for myself. And your right, I don't think anyone bad mouths me more than my family. =)
