I agree with your views on the Playstation. My sister went the longest time before finally breaking down and getting her kids a play station. But, their young years were spend without one, for much the same reasons that you said.

Symphony- I think you are a great mum, lass. Enjoy the children and their
games. I used to play with my children at creating games, puzzles, doo-dads and the lot. Now they've all grown up, but the trips down memory lane are there and make all messes we made worthwhile.

I think you are right on with this one! When children are encouraged to be creative they grow...love "Wash between you're toes"....isn't it great when you know they really are listening to you...? Course their young yet...lol
