that sounds a bit more like the technique called automatic writing. It is sort of like channeling in that you are channeling your higher self, as opposed to my friend who was a full-body channel, and channeling a spiritual being. I have a process similar to yours which is always enlightening. I look forward to hearing what you've written.

I have begun to channel seriously. I use a method I created on my own. I ask a question, then I see an empty, open book. The words appear and I write them down. When I become more proficient, I'll share the commentary.

Strange how that happens – we hear one thing when another is actually spoken. It's definitely a result of our own emotions or conclusions taking over. Loved the poem!
