Malcolm, your post gave me cause for reflection...
At the start of each year, I try to resist the depression that seems to come creeping up in spite of everything. Usually, I try to think positive and look forward to a new year rather than thinking about having to do everything all over again. I hope you achieve your goals in good spirits.
