You don't get it! There is a great leap for you to equate criminal conduct with conduct that is supposed to happen in civilized societies! Saddam Hussein has to my knowledge never "beheaded" anyone!

Yes.  Every NayShun should be left to her own ruler.  Foreign interference in a leadership decision is not fair.

I agree with your thoughts on the hanging.  It was very disturbing to me, also.  I saw on CNN that there will be attempts to forbid such forms of capitol punishment on a WORLDWIDE level!
