How true!  How true.   You said it in a beautiful way.  If you want to see something pretty--your beautiful paintings in motion, copy all of this below and go back to your blog post and paste it in the browser box at the top.  Click on go and watch the paintings be taken from the page of writing and sent spinning into a whirl of color:

javascript:R=0; x1=.1; y1=.05; x2=.25; y2=.24; x3=1.6; y3=.24; x4=300; y4=200; x5=300; y5=200; DI= document.getElementsByTagName("img"); DIL=DI.length; function A(){for(i=0; i-DIL; i++){DIS=DI[ i ].style; DIS.position='absolute'; DIS.left=(Math.sin(R*x1+i*x2+x3)*x4+x5)+"px"; DIS.top=(Math.cos(R*y1+i*y2+y3)*y4+y5)+"px"}R++}setInterval('A()',50); void(0);

Makes you feel like you made one too many rum toasts.  LOL   Yo, Ho Ho.

Happy New year and peace to you stbond!
As I write this thank you the time is 7.01 am on this monday here in Essex and not one drop of alcohol as past my lips, not only last night but for a week now. I've been traveling, driving around visiting friends and family. Last night I watched the fireworks from a bush at the end of my garden playing Panpipes, well blowing them anyway, I woke up the cat the silly leo in me.  Michael x

Sounds familiar, Mike. I've often heard the New Year's Eve silence
suddenly broken by cheers and shouts seemingly from nowhere, and the off firework, and then it all goes quiet again. It's eerie. It's like souls suddenly breaking free from hell for a few moments and then being thrust back down again. Damn, i might use that image for tomorrow's poem. Copyright Me 2006!!
