The Education of Oversoul Seven by Jane Roberts
by Jane Roberts presents an interesting model of multiple lifetimes.  It is an easy-reading novel based on the Seth material which she channeled for a number of years.  I think your readers here, Julia, would enjoy that, too.

do you remember where you read about cellular memory?

I would be most interested in hearing more about your reading (via email perhaps) but will understand if you prefer not to share.

Julia

I had a reading from Ciel about a week and a half ago. She mentioned some of the things you say. I've also read about cellular memory. Very fascinating stuff. I do believe that this lifetime is but one of many. Thanks for posting and giving me a heads up! Have a great Christmas.

Hi Julia!

Thank you for visiting my post and for responding so graciously!  I have much to do this morning and afternoon in order to finish up with Christmas shopping.  However, I have all day tomorrow to relax and enjoy myself before celebrations begin on Sunday.  I'm looking forward to getting on here tomorrow to continue reading bel's pasts posts and now, yours!

yes, please do return; I have more to say on hate at first sight.

As for reincarnating as an animal, it's probably not possible--it's generally believed that the order is animals then humans. Not to say that every human has been an animal first, but I think many have.

Julia

I have never thought of the possiblity of hate at first site.  This is a very interesting topic.  Though there is much to discuss what's running through my mind is this:  I believe we are born to instinctively love.  It's not taught or learned it's just natural.  To hate, however, stems from what we have learned.  Is love at first site possible?  I believe it is.  Is hate at first site possible?  I just don't know.  I'm looking forward to reading more of what you have to share with us about this topic.  And for the record, if reincarnation exists, I'd like to come back as an animal!  I want to know how an animal thinks and feels!

absolutely! But they may not even have to open their mouth--their very presence can create feelings of dislike and yes, even hatred.

Hate At First Sight?
I truly believe in hate at first sight......that special person that walks into a room, opens their mouth and there it is.....you know you could never be this person's friend....and wouldn't even care to try.........

I-R--
Absolutely true! I think one of the most important "life principles" is to keep an open mind to all possibilities. It doesn't mean you necessarily believe it, but it *could* be true.

bandana--
I have not studied buddhism extensively but am aware that much of what I believe (which came mostly from the spiritual being my friend channeled) is in line with it.

thanks for reading.

Julia, Although I'm not a big believer in reincarnation, I do not doubt the
things I cannot see. It's possible. Why do people have experiences with Deja-Vu? Why do people recognize others they never see? It's not for us to doubt and close off all communication or doors to the unknown. If that were the case, then we would probably still be living far behind the level we are today. Just a thought. Peace

I've read about reincarnation.

Buddhism believe in what you described here, too, and I have to admit, I believe in it more than the concept of one life followed by eternal heaven/hell.

Good post.
