kooka_lives - I thought I had read a few comments on this post but I must
be mistaken.
The theme of the earlier comments (that I thought I had read) were of the notion that building a religion around a central icon that many perceive as the epitome of evil is ill conceived. This suggestion does have some merit. You and I both know that the Satan persona is fictituous, manufactured by Christianity to represent evil and act as an adversary to the forces of good, which of course are supposedly led by God. Where the tenets of Satan worship as you describe them in this post and as I have come to understand them; are as you say, mostly common sense, there is the reality of what others perceive. It matters not if this perception is based on ignorance, this reality must make the expansion of Satan worship a tough sell in some parts of the world.
