Mademoiselle
What's a little drool among friends.  You should have autographed it for him and told him to put it away for a few years and when you are famous he will be glad that he has it.

okay…..so if one actually is a ‘senior’ (but how would one know? some restaurants and movie theatres think that i am – others think not; just proves the fickleness of life) then wouldn’t every moment be a senior moment & therefore, nothing particularly special…..and following this thought, then every hour would be a senior hour and every day a senior day…..which reminds me of the toll booth attendant who, upon my inquiring brusquely ‘how are you’ replied, ‘every day’s a holiday and every meal’s a feast’……and what do you mean…..exactly…..by ‘random events’?  MoonSpirit

whatever you do, don't trust your aunt! clearly she's at the center of all
of this, i mean, she's the one that pointed out that whole "pasty" business and has your uncle pretending to play it down, causing focused concern and whatnot.  i don't trust either of them.

Clarification:

Actually, drool might be a form of mucous ...

So, to clarify: I meant "snot".

posted by Mademoiselle on December 15, 2006 at 1:21 PM | link to this | reply

The mucous probably didn't help, either, Azur.

posted by Mademoiselle on December 15, 2006 at 1:19 PM | link to this | reply

Seriously though, back in high school (senior year), for some reason, I didn't wear my contact lenses one day, and I said to Rachel, "wow, I can't see anything. Everything is so blurry" followed by, "You are really pretty today." I think she got a little offended...
