bel , I would do the same.
And, you know something I DO NOT like. . , I don't like receiving any type of "group email".

Bel
I think there's needs to be a "do and don"t" manual published for people who just don't understand email etiquette.

"Most" everyone on my list knows one another but you know that BCC is not a bad idea, I always forget about that.

If I forward anything...
I make sure to delete all other emails. I also bcc a group if I'm sending them the same email so nobody sees anyone else's email. It's just rude to add someone who doesn't know you.

Offbeats
I HATE those ones.  Hell I have less than 10 people on my email list half of the time I don't even know enough people to send them too if I wanted too!

I get them all the time and it is upsetting..The worse ones are the" guilt trip" emails..you know if you don't pass it on the sky might fall...

me, better write to me in person.......I agree with you.

Babe
every now and again there is something really funny and I am always happy for a good laugh, I just prefer they come from people that I know LOL!

I don't care much for forwards anyway unless they're extremely relevant or hilarious. Only once did I laugh hysterically. My cousin sent me a true story about a masked man who entered a bank carrying a gun and he said, "On the floor you stickers. This is a f--- up!" People started to laugh and he left.l

Pat
We have all heard horror stories about forwards being the cause of viruses and that is always a concern but in general, I don't have the time for all of them but it's really bad when they come from someone you don't know.  Every now and again I'll get one that is really good and I'll pass it to a few select friends but for the most part, most don't have the time.
