Thanks for your comments, I appreciate it.  We can debate or we can have war, I prefer debate.

Just a few brief comments:

Those were pretty right wing religious beliefs being spelt out there, I haven't heard that in awhile.

Freedom to me means, anything that doesn't offend the criminal code.

As you say, the spirit within us knows truth, I agree with that.  Your truth may be derived from Christianity and if those are the principles you adhere by, I respect that.  We all learn right and wrong in our own way, usually from our parents but also from our personal experience.  It is the personal experience that pushes humanity forward.  For example, during slavery, black Americans were said not to have a soul.  If that useless thinking did not change, where would we be today.  As a secondary example, A homeless person will have a different set of principles than say, George Bush. When we offend our personal sense of right and wrong we diminish our personal character and perhaps God as well. In the end we are humans, and we need to do our best to be good people; for some, it isn't always easy. Christianity should find find room in its heart to welcome homosexuals; I think eventually it will because, in the end Christianity will rely on human interpretation, humans generally have mercy for each other.

When we offend our personal sense of right and wrong we diminish our personal character and perhaps God as well.  In the end we are humans, and we need to do our best to be good people; for some, it isn't always easy simply because they never learned how.

When we break our personal code, I believe this is how we we should be judged by whomever the spiritual judge may be.

I also believe that homosexuality is not a choice, really, who would choose to be gay; choosing so would mean a more difficult life.

More than likely, I have a strange opinion

on homosexuality, not to mention about every other controversial issue of the world & I’ll probably receive ridicule because of it, but here goes;

I am a follower of the principals of a man named Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ (although not in these words), proclaimed we are all created in the image of God himself, endowed with spirit inside of flesh and that spirit will always battle the flesh; it is through these battles with the flesh that we gain spiritual strength & spiritual character.

I do not believe that homosexuals are any more right or wrong than promiscuity and furthermore what anyone does with their flesh within the confines of their own private walls is their own concern, not mine. If I do not wish to be subjected to public displays of promiscuity, I would not frequent such an establishment. If I chose to frequent such an establishment, I haven’t any right to complain about what goes on there.

Christ also stated in the Father’s words; judge not, less ye be judged, put simply; I have no right to judge others in any way, shape or form. The world tends to be consumed with the battles of others; I feel only compassion for anyone battling anything of the flesh whether it is lust, gluttony, addictions, false witness, gossip or even self-righteousness.

I have a simpleminded belief that no matter what the world condones as right or wrong, we each have a spirit that knows truth and knowing truth disregards the opinions of the world because only one opinion matters; the opinion of the Father.

Whether red, green, purple, blue or yellow; male or female, transgender or transsexual, active homosexual or promiscuous heterosexual, or bisexual or tri-sexual, each and every one of us have access to the truth and God is love and loves all the same.

Actually, I find this topic sad, since people die from the mistake.

And to inform the younger audience:

Moe is a comedian reference ~

The Three Stooges were an American comedy slapstickact in the 20th century. Commonly known by their first names, Moe, Larry, & Curly(sometimes spelled "Curley"); Moe, Larry, & Shemp; and other lineups became famous for their work in movies and starred in many short features that consisted of masterful ways of showcasing their extremely physical brand of slapstickcomedy.

I figured it out ~~~~ The homos are trying to call a comedienne a whore.
That must be why so many people won't take them seriously.  Ho Moe?  Get it?  Haha!
