writing always works better for me. as i'm often coming from an emotional
place, seeing my thoughts in print makes me recognize how much blah, blah, blah has infiltrated and i'm able to refine, define and more properly express myself, getting to the point, not losing it.

Absolutely
I think blogging (or journalling) your feelings can be very theraputic.  However it is no substitution for verabalizing (however clumsy) our thoughts or feelings with a special friend or parthner/spouse.  Admittedly it's difficult but I have always found that a healthy dialog usually leaves me feeling a little more at peace.

Though I enjoy this pass time immensely, I don't blog for myself. What I write is exclusively for those who read. Afterall, I already know the stories I share.

For me, communicating my feelings is sometimes difficult regardless of the medium, whether verbal or written. The ease that comes with this place is through the anonimity. No one really knows us so it doesn't matter what they think.
