Oh, you know I've seen recipes for eggs with salsa. It's just not something that sounds appetizing to me in ANY way. Haha.
And I don't think I could eat cottage cheese, no matter WHAT you put on it. YUCK!

Actually, there is a very low fat tortilla chip that you can buy.
It's made by Lays, I think. And, it's something like 1 gram of fat for 10 large chips or so. Couple that with the salsa you're already eating and you have a low-fat treat. If you eat with the fat-free Chips that Lays make and you consume zilch fat. Diet-savers if you ask me. BUT, they are expensive. Double the price of regular chips.
