IF I LIVIN THEIR PREMISE, IF THEY SAY IT"S THE RENT I AM PAYING,
WHAT WOULD I DO? IF I DON"T LIKE TO MOVE OUT TOO? SO WHAT WOULD I DO DIFFERENTLY?

Who is not paying their share to move out??? Or can YOU move out? You need to set them down and tell them how you feel, then give them a deadline. Tell them something like:
"I am not able to pay all the bills anymore. YOu must begin to pay half by the 15th of next month or you will have to move out."
If this isn't possible, then why don't YOU move out?
You deserve to have someone who will love you and respect you and share the responsibilities in your lives, including finanancial responsibilities. Don't settle for less than that.
Many people are givers and many are takers. The "Takers" usually find someone like you with a kind heart and a generous soul and they "latch onto" them and take their money and treat them poorly.
Only you can put a stop to this by standing up for yourself. If you don't know HOW to stand up for yourself, then take some classes in assertiveness. Maybe you can find something online that would help.
