Listening to music when you're ready for sleep can be very soothing. I have difficulty sleeping and tend to tune in something boring on the TV to "hypnotize" me into sleep but music would probably be a better choice.

actually I live in the country part of the city, but I listen to the city
radio.......because they have a good range.

The radio keeps me awake, but I use it sometimes to block out other
...noises. Maybe I should try music instead of talk radio?
