TM, that's so good.
I don't think you get to count the same weight twice.  Today I weighed and I've lost those two pounds that I gained.  I'm down to 200 right on the nose again.  Look out 199!

It will happen...I am sure of it...you will look back next month and be hoping to break the 190...this plan is really good...I am about with you...down 10 pounds from the start (although i lost 2 pounds twice...so is that down 12???) I am really excited and cannot thank you enough...the plan plus the support on here...well...I am just thankful...

Silicone toys are for little boys
Probably the legs then.

maybe its the biceps from arm wrestling the drunks
but my legs are more muscular from doing steps at home and work.  no breast implants here - i don't believe in those.

Mademoiselle, I can't wait until I'm trying to get past 190
I have been over 200 pounds for about 5 years.

Lady, muscle does weigh more than fat

So I try not to worry too much about the scale since I lift weights.  Still...

As for the extra 10 pounds . . . Breast implants?  Just kidding.  Bigger biceps from doing beer curls?

It seems like the round numbers are always the hardest barriers to break through.

I wonder why?

Well, anyways, good luck!

I hope, when they die, cartoon characters have to answer for their sins.

not that i am an expert but...

doesn't muscle weigh more that fat?

10 years ago I wore a size six and weighed 125

now I still wear a size six and weigh 135???

don't say a beer gut because i magically don't have one - but my body looks the same - why the extra 10 pounds?

Mysteria, I am frustrating myself with this 200 pound thing.
It's nice that I'm not the only one but let's get past our self set limits and celebrate together on the other side.
