I have always wanted to see
a hypnotist about spiritual regression. I have these strange re-occurring connections to certain people, and some of them I don't understand. I think the therapy would help me. I'm glad you're finding it helpful. Good luck with your sessions! Take care

jacenta... you do help me, I can realize stuff when my blogging friends
send me their feedback. I have been here for nearly 3 and a half years and that has been one of the nice things about Blogging...Thank you jacenta...I'll be okay, I just get a little frustrated sometimes cause I didn't do anything wrong yet I am stuck with the after effects of abuse at the hands of monsters....the hypnotism will help

it is mandatory. I am just glad I have the resources to do it. You're right, pop culture and all of it's maddness can warp us, that's one of the primary reasons that I stay away from it. Thanks again Joe Love :)

Sounds like some interesting "work" you're doing
I've often considered hypnosis but I think I'm afraid of peeling off the layers of the onion too quickly.

SuccessWarrior...I've tried sosososo manymany things to get beyond
my past traumas. It is veryveryvery hardhardhard work. The mind is such a complex thing. Mine deserves peace and to be free of stress. I have suffered far too too lonnnnnnng. I am very ready to get better! Thanks for checking in and saying hi :)
