I had a really nice date with a sweet guy last nite
Good kisser...paid for everything...which is unusual these days. I thoght the date went great and he said he'd call me, but I guess I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't. People are wierd these days.
Alot of men are assholes. Probably alot more of them than we realize but there are a few good ones left. I'm just not sure if you and I will find one of those good ones.

Before the age of 18, they seem to be always committing crimes. Therefore, perhaps it is unfair to boys that parents don't keep them from getting bashed from the very start.

i don't really care about fairness - but...
women are more emotional than men in every aspect of their lives. men are not. working in hotels and restaurants my whole life i have been exposed to all kinds of men - rich / poor / smart / stupid / American / English - it is all the same.
Peabody hurt your feelings by stating that being with an older woman was gross - when you and i both know that it is not. Otherwise - why would I get hit on by 25 year old men? Men that don't even know me - just see me. They haven't heard my sailor mouth yet - hahaha.

I tend to think, not all men are alike. There are some really good ones
out there, but it does sound like you have been dealing with some true jerks. These kind of men are the reason "men" in general take a bad rap. Maybe you will have to look elsewhere, but don't give up...you will find a good man. Maybe the men you have been talking to, have been with the wrong kind of woman too, some women...give us ladies a bad rap too.

What I think ...
OF MEN AND WOMEN.
Is it not amazing to know that we all have both female and male hormones within us? Why then is there so often enmity between the sexes?
Male domination and unfair treatment of women brought about rebellion from many women. That is the primary cause of the birth of Feminism. In my opinion radical feminism is no more than the other side of the coin of chauvinism. Men are not better than women and vice versa. It is sad that many people of both genders compete instead of co operate. The root of that enmity is to be found in human nature which is in itself rebellious. Human nature was born when our ancestors turned their backs on their creator. Before that I believe humankind reflected the Godly nature of their maker.
It is the awareness of God’s existence (and the many mistakes I made) that led me to become a willing, changing human being. I have also come to realize that both men and woman cannot on their own solve the conflicts and confusion which occur between the sexes. Transformation from conflict to harmony will not happen without the Creator working in the lives of willing men and women who choose to trust.
There is something quite amazing in the belief that the body of man was created out of clay, then the gift of life was breathed into the body, then man became conscious person with a spirit, a soul and a body. Then it is said that out of the same flesh woman was created. Out of one flesh came two distinct Persons, one male and the other female designed and destined to be companions. Some concepts and mysteries are too much for our limited understanding, but what I get out of this belief is that man and woman were one. Any person who engages in the war of the sexes is at war with him/herself. When men and women hurt each other, they are hurting themselves.
