I think any man is in serious danger of flower murder if he has not first successfully and mutually kept a year's engagement to his beloved, and then given his honored bride a public wedding with family and friends present to celebrate the marriage.
I know that I would NEVER want to stop being a flower for the sake of ANY out of control bully jerk who can't think before he acts.
