There is the problem, tickleurfancy. They must be punished but will the
punishment make them worse? What works and what doesn't concerning preventive measures -- including incarceration, forced therapy sessions, and targeted classes -- falls to the individual. That is why jail time works for some people and only hardens others.

you hit the nail on the head they do not think!!! maybe a harsh lesson will help them see how wrong they are..lets hope a stint in the correctional doesn't make them worse!
