I can totally relate to your problem (as you can imagine). My house doesn't have a lick of insulation in it!! Like you, I try to keep the heaters running very little.
As to the question you pose, I guess I like it just like it is right now. Because when the temperature falls much more, the heater will be running all the time. . . , and that means a harsh heating bill!!

when i lived in florida i missed the seasons
plus you get to change your wardrobe too - but i miss going everywhere in a bikini and bare feet!!!!

I prefer winter weather
I like cold weather, I can always put on extra clothes and be energetic to warm myself up. When it's hot, I feel lethargic. I don't mind the cold because I think I'm naturally hot-blooded !
