Kingmi,
Just a little person from your past checking up on things in your hometown...I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I'm back checking in on all of my favorites. No writing for now just sending out my blessings...

Blanche, And Star, they are on the couch playing video games now.
I note very intense concentration, near complete silence, weird noises eminating from the TV, and fun being had.  I guess they like it.

Kingmi, watch out.........

Where is your house? If you didn't get the play station for the girls, if you ask them reading and writing 1000 hours, man you are wrong, I steal them and get them a play station and make you search us for 1000 hours....Hey kids are kids, you have the right as a parent, but don't be too strict.....Life goes on and they grow even before you know, so please be cool.......KIDS ARE KIDS....ONLY A DADY can understand.....MY DAD WAS MY HEARTBEAT, I NEVER Seen any other man that great.

C'mon, please get them the playstation......pretty please.........

Kingmi, spend as much time as you can with your daughters while you can

These years go too fast and this is the time they need you as a Dad.  You sound like a good Dad: you're involved, you set rules and boundaries and they know you care.  Of course, they fight, they're teenagers, lol.  Just remember you're the adult, but it sounds like you do, and act accordingly. I don't have kids, but as an observor to others' kids, I wholeheartedly agree that setting rules on video games and the astronomical consumerism, spoiled, whininess amongst adolescents, which turns into whiny, entitled adults, is setting our whole country up for a rude awakeneing as to how the real world really works.

As a Dad, it's your job to prepare them for their life, not necessarily be their best firiend, they'll love you and respect you more for it, I'm sure of it.
