I love Calamari - especially fried. And its good for you. But it has to
be cooked properly... if it is hard and rubbery then it is not good at all!

Now that I think about it, they do have it fried there also, I forgot. But it's usually much thinner than the stuff they put in the seafood delight which is about as big around as a quarter.

I LOVE calamari, Sunnybeach, but then I like sushi, maybe it's an
acquired taste, but we've got good sushi here. I even like caviar. (never did get into the frog's legs though)
