I am entitled to feel how I feel and you aren't exactly young yourself, but we will see how you are when you are my age. Age is only numbers and if you act old you will be old and I don't intend on acting old and this friendship has been going on for 7 years and if you read the whole thing you would see I told him he is too young. He keeps pursuing me and its not about getting a green card. He can get his own green card, because I already told him I wouldn't marry him. You are the one who started the mud slinging so dont even go there.

Ooops! I'm Peabody, not Blanche
The last post about Respect was mine, not Blanche's. We share the home computer, and I forgot to sign out for her and sign in for me. The opinions expressed are mine, not hers. (Trust me, she has her own opinions).
BTW, because of her recent birthday, I am 2 years younger than Blanche. I appreciate the benefits of an "older" woman, but there are appropriate age differences and there are sick, twisted mother-son dalliances such as Mary Kay Latourneau & Oedipus Rex.

I've always been raised to respect my elders. But how can I respect you when you don't even respect yourself? Cultivating a "relationship" with someone that much younger who is obviously using you to get his green card is pitiable. Openly talking about your sex life on a community forum is vulgar.
And as for respect, uh, who started the name calling? Without knowing my education, IQ or background, you assert that I'm not as smart as your "boy toy". In the words of the playground "She started it!"

Uh, lusty lady, before you impugn my intellect, mayhaps you should use the Spellcheck feature on your computer. It's brains, not brians. There is something richly ironic about someone who attempts to insult my intelligence but can't spell "Cat" if you spotted her the "C" and the "T"!!!

In my experience the charm and mystery of long-distance
Relationships is shattered once you meet face to face. Most recently, I fell head over heels for a fellow blogger who lived up in Minn at the time. Guess what? He moved to Dallas, we met, had sex a few times...
It was all downhill after that. He was all talk and no action. Reality sucks.

I think you would really need to meet before making any decisions
I don't think age is a barrier to love, sex, romance or true friendship, but you need to meet in person before you can know if there is a real connection between the two of you.
