maj, you forget, in Tucson winters there is no frost on the windshield,
except for seven mornings a year for those awaking at 6 a.m. or earlier and that is not benziinha's wake up time.

Benzinha, it's certainly better for ME!!
Buy a little shower squeegee for the windshield then, you don't have a defroster anymore.
Good luck!!! Find out if you are eligible for any medical assistance, might lower your fees to a "share of cost" (like a deductible).
Hope the Chinese company gets some money to you too!!!

majroj, thanks for the advert.
Gave myself unprescribed Mexican Bactrim and felt a little better, bladder problems disappeared, all else remains.
Took seven blood tests and the doctor won't call me in. Shall call him tomorrow to invite him to my funeral or to make an appointment to see him.
My head gasket and heater core blew the other night while waiting at a train crossing in the middle of 2 a.m. traffic, taking home my foreign students after a second Christmas dinner after Christmas. Drove home anyway, what the heck and not far.
My son's friend of a friend who owns a slow and old fashioned and low tech garage in town gave me a 50% discount on the repairs, my son-in-law advised me to trash the car at that price too, and I fixed it because where can I find another to drive for $735?
My sister drove me in her new 2004, just picked it up today, XTerra over to get my old car. I felt like a rich woman when the car purred again and ran like the zippy old Berretta that it is. Of course, the heater is dead and bypassed, but this is Tucson and I have sweaters.
Now, to give my last funds to the darned doctor, $200 for 6 minutes, to hear his reading on the tests. Would rather buy new tires for the car.
A friend gave me a fairly new mountain bike when the car died and I put a new tire on it and tried to ride it, but it hurts the abdominal mess and so, I had to come back home. Maybe when I am better.
I got up and faked wellness for Christmas and then went back to bed for four days and now I feel a little better. I carried my newest grandson only once for about three minutes and then carried my twenty pound large nativity set from its display area downtown and really messed myself up. Now, they want me to return it for a more permanent stay, on display there until April. Must find someone to carry it.
This a.m. I wrote a blog on usury because I applied for a car loan last week. Shall post it tonight. Family all gave me Christmas $$$ for doctors. Very nice of them.
I went to bed at 7 p.m. for New Year's Eve celebration and it was good. Life is good and I am still here and that is good.
AND, you majroj, are still here and that is even better.
