I'm sorry about your loss.
Pets sometimes seem more human than people, a comforting presence, an understanding friend. I hope you'll soon be able to think of Henry as he was in better times, and be grateful to have had him in your life as long as you did. Perhaps it would help you feel better if you gave a donation to an animal shelter in his memory. :)

I don't know you, but you just read my blog the other day (thank you for that). I just wanted to say I'm sorry about Henry- I have lost a few pets, and I know how difficult that can be. Just remember how much you and your family loved him- he lived a good life.

I'm so sorry. I know how hard this is for you and your Mum. Henry is in a better place now, and he's grateful and happy to have been your friend for so many wonderful years.
He watches over you both now, and you will see him again. I promise you...
