Wiley, that's not a bad idea anyway just for the back up factor

Well, I keep downloading mine to CD's because I figured they were slowing up my machine.

I've thought about the date thing or maybe a string of months
per folder but I don't know if I would be able to find what I want. I don't know how much I go back to look so maybe it isn't as important. For the rest of the year, it will be event folders and then I'll decide in January what to do from then.

I store mine by the month and year. Then if there is a special event where i take over 100 pictures (like christmas) then it gets an extra folder....As for storage, I haven't had that problem yet...but you could get an external hard drive or a thumb drive.

No idea, SW, but for storage space, my boyfriend deleted his games.

If you figure out a way to put life (or pictures) into logical
searchable categories, you'll make a million bucks.

Why not just make a folder called "miscellaneous events"?
(For events in which less than 5 photos were taken.)
Just as irrigation is the lifeblood of the Southwest,
lifeblood is the soup of cannibals.
