Food4thought, that's why I have to work on the inner me, cause the
outer one will head south, despite the best of intentions and hours in a gym, which I will get to. The inner me hopefully gets wiser and somewhat more attractive, with age, I hope it's a fair trade, cause I don't have much choice.
