Lovelyladymonk, I have always been an all-or-nothing
kind of person, either I'm saving the world, I'm completely wrapped up in my own moods. (I'm manic-depressive, too, Bipolar I), so striving for balance is my life's goal. I spent 7 months in recovery watching Trinity Broadcast Network and started donating a tenth of my SSDI. Now, I realize I need what little I have for myself, and to look for what I can do for others rather than donate cash.
Little things do matter, I've seen the miracles, it's hard to believe, at times, but the small things don't go unnoticed by God. Don't bankrupt yourself to give or you'll end up destitute, it's happened to me, and that wouldn't serve anybody.

I've noticed in this life, it's always the people who have nothing that want to help the most. You are inspiring!

Sweet one that is a very noble thing to do. I think we have those issues right here in the US too~
