Workaround
I just wanted to note that a workaround would be to temporarily use a different browser such as Firefox, which should work properly.

I apologize for the delay in responding. Unfortunately, the issue is that the toolbar is working properly for most people, so we have not yet been able to identify the issue you are experiencing.
We regularly release updates to the toolbar, and expect the next update to be within a week. We will be contacting you once that is available, since it may address the problem you are having.
