One thing to say is to keep writing. Sounds simple, but the more you write,

the more often you write, the more material you have in order to  look at it yourself and think "What is my voice?" It's the old adage of practice making perfect.

Welcome to Blogit. It's a good training ground for voice-finding.

Let the words flow naturally as you write them
Sometimes I write down thoughts that are going round my head, which is a sort of dialogue, spoken in my own inner voice. Then I read what I've written, edit it down and correct the spelling and the grammar if necessary.
