The world is awful. And awesome.
What you need is a beauty fix. Go out somewhere in nature where you can walk along an open beach and listen to the surf, or hike in the woods and be still for a time, absorb the fresh air, the birdsongs, the sense of the world turning on its axis. If that's not available, head for a big department store and go to the expensive section where they sell glassware and fine china. Look at the beautiful serving dishes, the exquisitely carved things. Or go to the florist shop, pick up a bunch of fresh flowers.
Do not turn on the television. Do not watch the news. Light a candle and listen to gentle instrumental music. Do not answer your phone, or look at your email or read the paper.
Taking a deliberate look at some of the joys you have forgotten in the scramble and racket of business as usual will restore your sense of balance, give you perspective. Take a deep breath.

Do something just for you.
Take a nap, read a book, listen to your favorite music. Whatever.

Then you will feel better!

Mysteria...
Some advice from an old fart, music is what you need, specifically two songs by Savoy Brown, first listen to "I'm Tired" it used to be an anthem for my brother and I many years ago, and well, still is. Then just for fun find "Casting my spell on you" these might lift your spirits, or at least offer a few moments of diversion.
