- Go to Satan will lose his power over the people
Thank you Blanche
I agree with you and the good thing about us failing ourselves is that it's upon us. There is no super powerful evil being that we can blame. If we fail, we should recognize it, and do better next time and leave the childish bogeyman in the storybooks where he belongs.

So, whether you're tempted by Satan or human nature, it's still a Fall
from the Grace of our own higher nature. There, that's my sermon for tonight! And free, too!

Well, allegorically, I do believe in the dark side of humanity, SuccessW,
after all, it's not like humanity has improved much lately. So, I agree with Sannhetseeker, about choosing one particular side, the light, in all seriousness.

Sannhet, I don't believe in Satan either
That makes it a lot easier for us to not be tempted by him since he doesn't exist. It's almost like cheating. =)

Success -
I'm not a believer in Satan, but I do believe that one needs to decide to not be darkness, which requires a positive frame of mind - much like your post.

Sometimes we have to return to the basics, don't we?
It's good for the Prophet to remember these things.

I liked this post!
It reminded me of some of the original posts in this blog, where you were trying to develop the "doctrines" of the Holy Church of Blog.
