This reminds me of the mind of Schyamalan (M. Knight) and his dreams

as a child. What a vivid imagination! Look what his imagination did for him….

The story depicted the dream vividly; I found the story interesting and frightening, yet disturbing coming from the mind of a child. I've always dreamed in black & white but with particular objects significant in color like a white car, a red door, etc. I've heard the item and color are significant in understanding the meaning of the dream.

In this particular dream, I would hope it to mean an extremely colorful imagination, although only the wolf-men were multi-colored, huh? Adding the guilt (from sneaking to watch dark shadows); bringing the wolf-man into your home, so to speak. Growing up in the 70's, it seemed like everything was psychedelic, but this dream in particular (because I have yet to read parts III and IV of the Chronicles), not knowing how old you were at the time or if you were running with any ‘buddies’ that evening before going to bed or had visited the neighbors who didn’t ‘fit in’ because they were ‘people of the night.’ This dream sounds like someone’s rendition of an LSD hallucination. Hey, it was the 70's..some idiot offering a child candy? It wouldn’t surprise me a bit. I was in the 6th grade when an older boy came through the lunch line selling joints for fifty-cents each!

Just a disturbing thought. Anxiously awaiting parts III and IV.

You know, I think you could actually make a great fiction story from these dreams.
