Here's a helpful suggestion, as you compose your English essay:
Try not to get the words "write" and "right" mixed up (as you did in this post). English professors tend to notice stuff like that ... and they are often really picky about it.
Manon said I don't seem to like to read novels very much.
"I guess you're not an 'afictionado'," she said.
Poor Manon. For all her reading,
she doesn't even know the right word.
