Change is good
Life without change, is well a lot of paper money. Ok, the other kind of change. Life without that is a whole lot like death.
Humans naturally fear change, they like to know what they have and where they are. Even if what they have is crappy and where they are sux maggots, it's still better than the unknown. Give in to change and the unknown becomes known, if it's still crappy change again.
If you're trapped in a box, keep building till you break the boundaries of your box and you become the outside.
