I hear you, Mia. My roommate is having the same troubles right now. Neither of us sleeps very well to begin with, and problems like these only make it worse.
People always assume that I'm too lazy or don't want to work. Truth is, other than selling my writing, there isn't any type of job that would be physically safe for me. And I'll be damned if I'm going to sit round someone else's office just answering phones or what have you.
I hope things work themselves out for you soon, sweetie. If I had money, I'd give it to you, no questions asked.

Mia - you'll probably have to start delivering pizzas at night. I am in
the same boat having a house payment in WA and an apartment in Nashville...and I am unemployed. That savings account sure looked a lot bigger a few months ago.
