SuccessWarrior - I was going to answer a question you asked in my blog

Web Raisins the other day but thought that you may not see it.

You were asking if the web forum that I am working on would be suitable for your Karate site? I have filled out my forum HERE a bit more which should give you a better indication. The administrator can set up as many different categories as needed and within those categories; as many different boards as needed and within each board an unlimited number of subjects and replies can be posted. The basic structure of the main forum page is the top part is site navigation, the middle is content and the bottom is for stats, information and log in. The middle or content section can be expanded as much as needed and the administrator has the option of showing as many categories or as few as desirable on the first page. After tweaking this new forum script for a couple of days, I am extremely impressed at how well conceived it is for a free script. Additionally there are plug ins and add ons to expand functionality. This forum script would do a great job for your Karate site.

Prophet, I think St. Augustine was right when he
said "My heart is restless until it rests in God." He tried everything else first and then realized the need for God is in the heart of all humans. Violence, abuse, bulllying, rudeness, intolerance, name calling, killing, condemnation of others are all ways in which some folks fight against that inner need to possess something greater than self. Some recognize that Something Greater to be God others find other things to try to fill the gap inside! Religion is only a vehicle in the search for inner peace!  If it was not called religion it would only have a different name, the purpose for the search would be the same. Keep writing! faholo

Also, religions are growing or will grow further as divisions grow,
which are inevitable as resources become scarce and populations grow. It would therefore be prudent for the west to spread Christianity among the third world - this is the new cold war of ideas - not ideologies, but religions.

I believe that people will continue to believe that there is such a thing as God, because God is what is called a "nonfalsifiable conclusion" - one cannot prove either that God exists or that there is no such thing as God. A certain number of people will lose their faith in God when presented with scientific evidence, but because there will always be things we don't know, there will always be a belief on the part of at least some people that there is such a thing as God.

Solo, I agree. Using religion as an excuse to have sex with 15 year olds
is evil.

Any man who is so egotistical as to think he can violate other women aside from his own wife without ruining their entire lives, should take another look at the continual warring in the Middle East.  Duh.  Nothing but a bunch of tyrants holding women and children hostage.  They try to justify themselves with rumors of "polly ga my".  Men who don't marry for true love of their one wife and produce decent law abiding and respectful citizens into this world are worthless thieves.
