this is from a song I like, thought you would like it

‘I don’t wanna say I love you – that would give away too much … it’s wrapped up in conversation: it’s whispered in a hush – No more empty self-possession … it’s no new years resolution, it’s more than that …’

Buks.

I'm sorry you had to
go through such a terrible experience, but I'm glad you've found peace in your heart.  Take care

you've written a very beautiful, stirring piece.
I'm very sorry for your loss. My brother died 32 years ago and it still hurts. I guess I have not made peace with my pain.

Blanche, we all are beautiful souls, but sometimes we forget about it and
let the dust of filthy life cover them.

Shypettite, I've felt some peace, that seems so contradictory, in difficult

times.  It's a miracle of God's love, that He softens the pain, and gives the balm of peace to aching hearts.  My sympathies for the loss of your brother, I'm sure you carry him in your heart every day.

I like the quotation, "Sorrow lasts for an evening, bu joy comes in the morning".  Enjoy your peace, you are a beautiful soul.

Smartdog, I miss him so much, and it will not change, but the peace, that I
feel is giving me a chance to love him, remember him, without anger in my heart, without asking all over again "Why?".

Your brother sounds like a wonderful soul.  I'm sure he is missed by all who knew him.  But when you can find the moment to let him go, he then lives on in your heart forever.

Be blessed,

I am sorry for your loss...
and hope the peace and acceptance allow you to remember the joys of your brother's life, and to focus on that when you think of him. :)

Shypettite

I am so sorry to read of the death of your brother chère.

In time the pain does pass though as you write, and you are left with the memory of your love for each other.

"Forti animo esto, in proximo est ut  a Deo cureris."

"Take comfort, before long God will heal you."
