Hmmmm, interesting, Lustorlove. I never thought about petro jell on my face
but I have done Offbeats method of using it to keep the hands soft. So it makes sense! As for the water on the face, I think it depends on a persons heritage and skin type as to the amount of cleanser, water, toner, etc.

OFFBEATS

your ex mother in law was right, I never use water except for the water that falls on me in the shower, and petroleum is all I use

I do not use much on my face.. I just wash with Sensitive skin wash
and apply Vitamin E cream from Vitaforce. I can not apply much because my skin is so sensitive. But I heard that Clinique's eye cream does wonders. I want to try this because the wrinkles are coming fast and furious. I will never ever go under the knife. I believe you just have to accept that you are going to age. So what if other people think you are ugly. Then they are the ones with the problem. IT is just a pity that men becomes sexier and more handsome when they grow old. Think of Sean Connery for example. Wowza, what a hunk.

I used to put all kinds of treatments on my face, but now I use a good moisturizer. My ex Mother In Law who lived to be a 100 and never looked it always said never put water directly on your face. That really worked for her, but I have a hard time with the thought of never washing my face. She also swore by petroleum jelly...I like it on the hands during the winter, sleep with it a pair of gloves. Makes them real soft. I also believe in a good toner...it gets all the crud out of the face and makes it look very fresh. Even with all the treatments out there nothing is as good as a smile...

I have a theory about men looking better. THEY SHAVE EVERY DAY AND KEEP THE SKIN FRESH,
I use many products, can't tell if it does much good. The latest is a cream made from honey, pretty smooth and nice. YOU ARE RIGHT gravity is the problem. Lets keep trying.
