North Korea got wind of our intention to bomb Iran just before the election and created a false (no evidence yet of a real nuclear explosion) incident to give US leaders something else to focus on.

Yes I agree on that with this little tid bit. He is mad as a hatter. But he desperately wants his son to come to the throne after him and the military is not in control but scary for him. He has created his own monster. He gives them what they want so they will not do a take over so I heard a person supposed to really be in the know. There will be a special place in Hell for those who starve people to pamper themselves. In many ways I think he may almost be a puppet ruler!
p.s. preparations are coming along smoothly. LOL

Justi, the only bit of info I would beg to differ with is your description
of their dictator/president. He is likely mentally ill, a megalomaniac who has stolen millions of dollars worth of food and aid for his own use while his people suffer. He has a huge palace stuffed with food, fancy cars and other expensive items, while his people do literally eat bark from the trees (Parnell was just proclaiming his ignorance to the Blogit world). I think it would be a blessing for the North Koreans if he were to pass on, although I fear another similar type would be put in his place.
Have you seen the satellite photo of Korea at night? South Korea is lit up like a glowing nightlight, while North Korea is as dark as can be. The difference is amazing.
Christian leaders working in and around N. Korea are concerned about possible economic blockades and sanctions against N. Korea because the people are already starving; this would make matters that much worse, since of course what food is there will go to Jong Ill and his army.
OK, sorry, enough rambling for one night . . . .

I also feel low self esteem is an incubator for senseless anger. On North Korea, I believe it's all about greed and power struggles within and outwardly bound. My two cents.
