so there are more of us that dont sleep the whole night through, but I am not sure what caused me to feel so good today, Lately I have felt like death warmed over, I am not sure if it was because of my results from my moms will and my appointment at the doc.

I've suffered plenty of fatigue, mental and physical!

I find that if I can sit down in front of the TV and convince myself to relax (it's hard, but I can do it) into a near-sleep or a brief nap, I can get up and last a few more hours.

A lot of my fatigue is due to my mind being cluttered with agonizing thoughts and second-guesses and worries.

I do some times feel that way

I almost feel like a new person when I actually get the rest I need. My whole attitude changes!
